Terms and Conditions for Group Membership

1. Definitions 1.1 Membership Year: A "year" for the purposes of this agreement shall be measured as a 12-month period beginning on the date of joining the group, unless otherwise specified in the group’s bylaws or agreement.

1.2 Group Performance: Performance shall be defined and evaluated based on the collective portfolio or activities of the group as a whole and not on the performance of individual members.

2. Group Portfolio Responsibility 2.1 The outcomes and performance results of the group’s portfolio, including profits or losses, are attributed to collective decision-making and not to any individual member.

2.2 Each member acknowledges and agrees that the group operates as a collective entity, and no member shall be individually held liable for the performance of the portfolio.

3. Limitation of Liability 3.1 The organizer or facilitator of the group (hereinafter referred to as "the Facilitator") shall not be held personally responsible for any losses incurred by the group.

3.2 The Facilitator’s role is limited to coordination and oversight of group activities as defined in the governing rules. Any investment or operational decisions made by the group are made collectively, and the Facilitator bears no financial liability for group outcomes.

3.3 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Facilitator from any claims or demands arising out of group activities, including but not limited to portfolio performance, operational risks, or external factors.

4. Member Responsibilities 4.1 Each member must actively participate in group discussions and decisions regarding portfolio management.

4.2 Members are required to adhere to any agreed-upon rules or operational guidelines set forth by the group.

4.3 Members acknowledge and accept that investments and decisions carry inherent risks, and results may vary.

5. Agreement to Terms By joining the group, each member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, including but not limited to definitions of performance, collective responsibility for the group portfolio, and the limitation of liability for the Facilitator.
